Welcome to Wenzo, a luxury ride-hailing and car rental platform ("Wenzo," "we," "us," or "our"). Wenzo is committed to providing you with the utmost convenience and premium transportation services. By accessing or using our mobile application ("App") and the services offered therein, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service ("ToS"). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Wenzo App.

a. Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use the Wenzo App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement.

c. Prohibited Activities: You agree not to:Use the App for any unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious purposes.Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems.Interfere with, disrupt, or harm the App's functionality or its users' experiences.Use automated scripts or bots to access or interact with the App.Payment and Charges
a. Pricing: The pricing for rides and services on the App is subject to change without notice. You agree to pay the fees associated with the services you request.
b. Payment Methods: You can pay for Wenzo services through various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, mobile money, or cash. By using these payment methods, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use them.Privacy
a. Data Collection: Wenzo may collect, use, and disclose your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to this data collection and usage.

Wenzo reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App, with or without notice, if you violate these ToS or engage in activities that jeopardize the App's integrity or users' experiences.

Liability
a. Disclaimer: The Wenzo App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, either expressed or implied. Wenzo does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the App.
b. Limitation of Liability: Wenzo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

‍Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These ToS are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes or claims arising from or relating to the Wenzo App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nigeria.
